First, 90% of the people can understand the concept of mounting the system, and it is totally unneeded, just place it on a shelf.
Second, the 66 block has screw tabs, so why the added bracket?
Mounting the power supply? why?
Grounding wire? YES! that is one thing you NEED to have in place!
I would go for a cover for the punch down block.
I would also get a retainer clip for the power cord for the phone system.
The ESI 50 is not a bad system but does not do VoIP without an adapter.

sure... but it depends on how much bandwidth you have... you need about 90kbps per VoIP line for decent quality..

EDIT to add link http://www.bonafidereviews.com/article.php?id=92

Yes it is possible. As long as you have a spare socket in your router to plug the VOIP box into, you can have as many as you like. My business has three of them.

Our phones at work are Lucent and we've had minimal problems with them. We don't have as many lines as you have but we can set up any extension to have voice mail, one extension has been designated to roll over to a pager when emergency calls come in, and we're able to use either a radio station as on-hold music or a pre-recorded CD stating info about our business. I'm providing a link so you can check out the different phones available. Good luck!

Caller ID is a service from your local phone company. Most telephone companies will charge for this service. Of course to get caller ID to work you also need to have a telephone that supports it.
